Before you go
Choose fewer stops and allow breaks. Ask the hotel about room capacity, stairs, meals and facilities you need. Share the plan and provider contacts with your companions.
Plan a family trip
Plan around everyone’s comfort.
Check physical access
Ask about steps, slopes, toilets and the walking distance from the vehicle to the entrance. A scenic destination may have no step-free route. Confirm assistance and suitable seating before choosing transport.
Location and room
Check the map address and the journey to your sightseeing place. Ask for recent room photos, bed count, occupancy, private bathroom, water, power and access from the road. Confirm stairs or step-free access directly.
